YOGA RELAXATION
YOGA RELAXATION
Individual & group sessions Marina started Yoga in 2008 and since then she has been practicing and learning this science from great Masters of West & East. She is influenced by classical Hatha Sivananda style as this is where she was discovering yoga (Sivananda Putney centre) when living in London and later experiencing its origin in India (Sivananda Rishikesh ashram). Being dedicated to one practice for years gave great results. Marina's body and mind got healthier and stronger. She has become a more connected and harmonised being within and outside Yoga sessions with Marina have meditative approach and emphasise the spiritual aspect connecting body, mind and spirit. Each session incorporates asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Marina finds relaxation being profound experience for each human, especially in hectic modern life. Therefore Marina gives a great value to relaxations during her sessions. Between physical exercises there is always space for short relaxations (savasana, breathing) as well as longer relaxation at the end of the practice (yoga nidra) accompanying with sound bath of Singing bowls. Marina teaches from her own experience and she is into being authentic and real with her practice and people she shares it with. Marina believes that Yoga can improve life of the one who has a calling for it. TIMETABLE & BOOKING : dawmar.simplybook.it

YOGA KIDS
YOGA KIDS run at schools, nurseries, social centres and relevant events Marina got qualified in Yoga Kids from London Yoga Beez in 2013. To teach children yoga had been her long-term dream as kids and yoga were two things she loved most of all. Therefore it seemed so natural to combine them together. Since then Marina was using each opportunity to run yoga kids classes at schools, nurseries, orphanages and family centres when living in Nepal and Poland. Marina has a solid experience of child-minding and teaching English to kids of different ages and nationalities. She is naturally very good with children and enjoys working with them. Marina believes that practice of yoga can bring many positive influences to younger generation. Modern children live in a rush world of busy parents, school pressures, demanding studies, video games, malls, and competitive sports. Adults usually don’t think of these influences as stressful for the kids, but often they are. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that is non-competitive. When children learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfilment, they can navigate life’s challenges with more ease. |

YOGA OFFICE
YOGA OFFICE

While living and working in busy London, Marina was practicing yoga. Marina believes that practice of yoga helped her go through the challenges of demanding lifestyle she lived at that time. After coming back from her life-changing experience in Asia Marina had a call to bring yoga & relaxation to offices. She wanted to help everyone suffering from stress and anxiety of modern working environment to have healthier and more balanced lives. In recent years many organisations have realised the importance of investing in wellbeing of their employees as healthier (physically and mentally) workers are the key for the successful business. In last two years Marina has been running workshops on yoga & meditation in corporate organisations and schools. Such sessions are getting adapted for the needs of each organisation. They can be performed on mats or chairs and in casual or office clothes. More about WORK WELLBEING project: www.workwellbe.weebly.com |
