ECOLAND PROJECT Last spring we received a great present from the Universe... We bought a beautiful peace of land in the village Gwoznica Gorna in the southern-eastern part of Poland. Since then the dream of living on the land has been calling stronger then ever... to grow our own fruits & vegetables, to live in harmony with the nature and be as self-sustainable as possible. Our vision is to make this land our home for ourselves and a harbour for community of like-minded people who could come here and stay for some time.. to develop& share their skills and dreams and learn further. We see it a as a place where environmental & sustainable educational programmes could be run, especially we would like adults & children from towns to experience life on the land and develop better connection with nature. This place will be also a centre for people looking to rest their bodies, minds and souls. Wellbeing projects are going to be run to help people to release stress and rejuvenate themselves. If you have any knowledge, skills or interests in eco-building & sustainable living and would like to get involved, please get in touch with us. We believe in a power of unity and would like to create a team of people with who we share a common dream and make it true. PERMACULTURE
"Permaculture, originally 'Permanent Agriculture', is often viewed as a set of gardening techniques, but it has in fact developed into a whole design philosophy, and for some people a philosophy for life. Its central theme is the creation of human systems which provide for human needs, but using many natural elements and drawing inspiration from natural ecosystems. Its goals and priorities coincide with what many people see as the core requirements for sustainability." (Writer Emma Chapman)
Dawid got introduced to permaculture by one of the pioneers of this art Jaman Tree. It happened in 2016 on Jaga Festival in Lithuania. Meeting Jaman was very inspiring as he is a man with a real life experience of creating beautiful permaculture gardens all over the world. His work is also supported by his Holiness Dalai Lama which makes it even more powerful. Since meeting Jaman it got very clear for Dawid that permaculture is something he truly believes in. Its philosophy happens to be very close to his understanding of the world and the way humans can live in harmony with each other and nature around. Dawid is very dedicated to his mission, since he discovered it he got to educate himself attending some courses, reading available materials and putting it into practice. The beautiful journey began for him...
Marina has been supporting Dawid on his journey as she has a similar vision. Before meeting Dawid she had been living in the biggest capitals of Europe (Moscow and London) over 16 years and she came to understanding that she has been always dreaming of living in nature. Marina is into herbal medicine, she is interested in learning about local plants and using them in Ayurvedic purposes. Her dream is to have a garden of herbs for healing people in need.
Marina is very much connected with Anastasia from "Ringing Cedars of Russia" books by Vladimir Megre. Link to "Anastasia" book in pdf format:
